Shipping policy
Franzese Wine ships to U.S. customers only in states where direct-to-consumer wine delivery is permitted. At checkout you must affirm you are at least 21 years old (or of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction) and that a valid government-issued photo ID will be presented by the recipient at delivery. Your shipment must be signed by an adult 21+ at the address provided. If you are not present or cannot provide valid ID, the carrier may return or hold the shipment. It is your responsibility to ensure state and local laws allow direct shipments of wine to your address.
