Wine purchased through franzesewine.com is sold and shipped only to the states listed in our shipping policy. Recipients must present valid government-issued photo identification at the time of delivery, and the carrier may refuse delivery to any address where an adult 21+ is not present.

By providing your phone number on our website or during a phone conversation with our staff or AI Sommelier, you consent to receive calls and text messages from Franzese Wine in accordance with our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy. Calls may be recorded for quality, training, and service-improvement purposes.
6. AI Sommelier Service
Our website offers a “click-to-call” service that places an outbound phone call from an automated AI assistant trained on Michael Franzese’s wine expertise. Recommendations made by the AI Sommelier are for informational purposes and do not constitute professional advice. All purchases made on our website are subject to our standard product Terms and pricing displayed at checkout. Calls are recorded.
7. Returns, Refunds & Shipping
Refer to our Return and Refund Policy and shipping notices on each product page. All wine sales are final once shipped, except in the case of damaged or incorrect orders, which we will replace per the Return and Refund Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product photography, and the “Michael Franzese” name and likeness — is the property of Franzese Wine or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws.
