SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms govern your participation in Franzese Wine’s text messaging programs.

Program Description

Franzese Wine operates two SMS programs:

  1. Conversational & Transactional Messages. When you fill out a form on franzesewine.com or speak with our AI Sommelier by phone and consent to receive SMS, we may text you cart links, order confirmations, shipping updates, and replies to your questions. Sent via Twilio.
  2. Marketing Messages. When you opt in to marketing SMS at checkout, on our forms, or via keyword opt-in, we may text you event updates, promotions, new releases, and discount codes. Sent via Klaviyo.

How to Opt In

You can opt in by: - Submitting a form on franzesewine.com with the SMS consent box checked. - Verbally agreeing during a phone conversation with our AI Sommelier or staff. - Replying with our opt-in keyword to a message we send. - Opting in at checkout.

Frequency

Conversational and transactional message frequency depends on your activity (typically 0–2 messages per call or order). Marketing message frequency varies (typically up to 4 messages per month). Total message frequency varies based on your activity.

Charges

Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Franzese Wine does not charge for SMS, but your carrier may.

Quiet Hours

Marketing messages are sent only between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM in the recipient’s local time. Time-sensitive transactional messages (such as a cart link generated during an active call) may be sent outside these hours when reasonably necessary.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from all Franzese Wine SMS programs. You will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. To opt back in, reply START or contact us.

Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older and a U.S. resident to enroll in our SMS programs. Consent to SMS is not a condition of any purchase.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your phone number and SMS interactions are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your phone number or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Vendors

We use Klaviyo (klaviyo.com/legal/privacy) for marketing SMS and Twilio (twilio.com/legal/privacy) for transactional and conversational SMS.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The β€œLast Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
