Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has shipped. However, we are committed to ensuring you have a great experience with our wines. Please review the updated policy below.


Order Cancellations & Refunds

You mayΒ cancel your order or receive a refund only if the order hasΒ not yet shipped.

If the order has already shipped, cancellations and refunds are no longer available.


Damaged, Spoiled, or Incorrect Orders

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement.

To qualify for a replacement, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product
  • Your order number

Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.


No Returns

Due to the nature of wine and perishable goods, all sales are final once shipped. We do not accept returns, even if the product is unopened.


Gifts

If the products were marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, any approved replacement will be sent to you.
If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, any replacement will be sent to the gift giver.
