Strawberry Wine

Highland Armenia
Heritage

Armenian strawberries are not the large, pale, commercially grown berries found in most supermarkets. They are small, deeply red all the way to the core, sun-ripened in highland volcanic soil where the growing season is short and intense. The dramatic temperature swings of the Armenian highlands - blazing days and cool nights, force the fruit to develop a concentration of flavor and natural sugar that lowland strawberries simply cannot achieve. Naturally fermented with no artificial flavors, no added sugar, and no sulfates, this wine is pure Armenian summer in a bottle — the result of letting extraordinary fruit speak entirely for itself.

What it feels like

Light-bodied and semi-sweet - it tastes exactly like fresh strawberries, with a soft floral note and a bright, clean acidity that keeps it from feeling heavy. Serve it chilled and it drinks like a livelier, fruitier rosé. Overall, it's fun and easy - the wine that disappears first at every table.

Perfect pairings

Brie and honey on a cheese board

The wine's floral notes and sweetness complement the buttery richness of Brie in a pairing that feels effortlessly elegant.

Grilled salmon with berry glaze

The wine's acidity and fruit character work beautifully with the richness of salmon, especially with a berry-forward glaze.

Brunch — eggs, pastries, fresh fruit

This is the brunch wine. Serve slightly chilled alongside a spread of pastries and fresh fruit and it will be the first bottle empty.

Notes from the boss

"This is the most dangerous brunch pour I've ever made. One glass and everyone wants to know what it is. Once you taste them, you'll understand why"

The Birthplace of Wine

From Ancient Soil To Your Table

Long before the vineyards of France and Italy, long before the cellars of Napa Valley, there was Armenia — the cradle of winemaking. In 2011, archaeologists discovered the world's oldest known winery in the Areni-1 cave complex, dating back over 6,200 years.

This is not just wine. This is liquid heritage — a direct connection to the very origins of viticulture.
